Orders ship 2-5 business days from when the order was placed. Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with details.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction and happiness is important to us. Please contact hello@an-hydra.com with feedback and we will do our best to make you happy.

DAMAGES
We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged to prevent damages. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact hello@an-hydra.com with your order # and a photo of the damage as soon as possible.
